PilsnerPeter (1394), Flushing, New York, USA Jul 16, 2008 Bottle: Thanks DSG! Pours a clear rusty brown with a dark orange hue, and a thin creamy tan head. The aroma is toasted crystal malt, caramel, bread crust, and a nutty hint. Pretty nice. Fairly light feel. The flavor has a toasted bread crust touch along with a very subtle dark caramel hint. There’s a quick toasted sourdough note that’s followed by the mildly bitter finish. An overall decent brew and well balanced.
