Clear, golden and headless. I sent this back because it tasted like bleach and I thought it was the glass. No... customers have been complaining about this one... it’s the beer!!!! A responsible brewer would kill the batch rather than serve it out, but who am I to comment? Also held a hint of nuts and slight grains. Bleachy flavor. A real palate cleanser (or maybe a kitchen cleanser?) I would re-rate this at another time, but I’m pissed that they both served this to me and charged me for it if they knew it was off. Irresponsible.

SkyinBrian (403), Collinsville, Illinois, USA Mar 26, 2005 not a whole lot here. this seems to be an attempt to please the crowds at this brewpub. i must say that it is probably the most macro friendly brew pub i have ever been to. they have bud and bud light on tap for some reason??? but this would be an excellent substitute for a light beer drinker, but not really recommmended for a craft beer enthusiast. Cornfield (4331), Oak Forest, Illinois, USA Nov 5, 2004 Updated: Jul 18, 2005This poured a straw-yellow color with a modest head. The aroma is sweet and fruity. It’s a watery drink, not much flavor but some sweet malts. I really didn’t detect much in the way of hops. Taylor Brewing Company, Lombard, IL
