A clear Weizen with a few micro floaties. Large but quickly dimminishing white head. The typical Weizen scent with mild corriander and orange peel. Initial weak wheat flavor with an "empty" middle, some spice in the follow. A fair effort but lags behind the Ginga Kogen brew.
