| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Nov 30, 2008 Sampled during Swig-a-Swill Guzzler in St Paul, MN. Pours a clear straw pale brew with a thin white head that disappears when served at 35° F. Aroma of golden grain malt, some mild grassy hops and a hint of caramel. Taste is light bodied, plenty of carbonation and flavors of golden grain malt, a touch of white pepper, corn and grassy hops. Finish is slightly sweet then a clean cut aftertaste with no bitterness. At least it can be used to soften hot and spicy Mexican meals. Cletus (5057), Connecticut, USA
