I tried this beer on February 21, 2008 after purchasing from my local LCBO outlet. The beer poured an a translucent gold colour with a thin white head, and significant effervescence. The smell was quite awful actually, grainy vomit describes it best. The mouthfeel was highly carbonated and watery. The flavour was metallic in nature. A bit of malt, a bit of sweetness, but no hoppy bitterness. rlgk (3377), Vårgårda, Sweden

Tastes a bit like Bud with a shot of apple juice that had been stored in a copper container. A corny, malty brew with little hop content. Slightly better than Bud due to the interesting taste. Will probably never try again. Beautiful can. And to top it off, nothing goes better with a burrito platter from your local taqueria! It is also way better but it sucks if its not cold. sneagrams3 (1756), St. Louis, Missouri, USA

Soggy bready aromas. Light bodied with bready flavors and a sugary corn sweetness. Touch buttery. Ever so slight hop bitterness. Bigger palate than Budweiser. But only relatively. Thin, pale, watery and free. Flavor of corn and bitter lemons. Not really good at all. At least it was free.
