Bottle, the beer looks the same as Superior: golden coloured, bubbles, medium whitre head, lacing and lasting. There is a good, nice full grainy smell in your nose, the taste is not a strong as the Superior, but has a good grainy full mouthfeel with a light bitter finish on it.

Bottle at Cactus Club in Boston. Pours a thin straw yellow with no head. Subtle aroma that can turn one against beer until one realize...this isn’t really beer. Heavily carbonated. Metallic taste. Doesn’t quench any thirst. Just makes one long fro a real brew.

Pours transparent pale golden into the glass, with an initially fizzy head that diminishes to nothing, including lace. The nose has some tiny hints of hay and malt... mostly aerated and underdone. The flavors are similar, completely underdone, but have some Granny Smith apple hints, maybe a mid-palate of some pear, but all completely gets lost in the seltzery mouthfeel and dull pear finish. The palate is far too lively with carbonation, and the body is just too thin to attract the attention of real substance. Granted, having spent some of my summer in Mexico, this is by FAR a nice change of pace from the Grupo Modelo offerings, which are almost indistinguishable, but far from a top-tier offering to a distinguished palate.

Single bottle into a glass Dehydrated urine color with wispy white head that dissipates immediately. Aroma is sweet apples and dust with some malt. Flavor is adjuncts, some malt, and a hint of astrigency with sweet fruits. Light and boring.

"Skunky smell that you get from most Mexican beers. The flavor was decent though, not the worst mexican beer but certainly not the best. I had to add some lime for flavor. "

Very difficult to distinguish this from Corona Extra and Dos Equis XX. A pleasant and comfortable brew that quenches thirst at the beach.
