| 1.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 6/20 | Jun 2, 2006 The 12 ounce bottle poured a clear, pale yellow beverage with a small white fizzy head that was completely gone in a matter of minutes leaving virtually no lacing on the glass. The aroma was well balanced, light and subtle. There were notes of bread dough, malt and floral hops. The body was thin with lively carbonation and a watery texture. The flavor started off slightly sweet and astringent. Toward the finish, the flavor took on a more bitter quality. The finish was average in length, dry and crisp. | 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | May 23, 2006 Both can and bottle. Pours pale golden with minimal head. I once described it as Bud Light with corn. For some reason there’s a big difference between the can and bottle forms. The bottle variety is very watery and has little or no head. The can has a much fuller body with a pretty decent head. I like it for some reason, and it does quench your thirst if you’re looking for something light and Mexican.
