Dec 9, 2009 Dark ruby brown color with a small head. Aroma has some red wine and light roast, hint of pepper and wood. Flavor is light, smooth, sweet, woody and winey. A bit light and thin for the wine aging but still pretty nice.

Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, burnt, coffee notes, light to moderate yeasty, belgium yeast, brown sugar notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Nov 25, 2009 Bottle at Papsø’s - Thanks. Clear dark brown (almost black with a red glow) - offwhite head. Burned, vegetables, herbal, light hoppy, metallic, carrot, grassy, sharpness, i can’t taste the oak. High carbonation.
