750ml bottle. Nov 08’ date. pours golden, lightly hazy, white head that seemed to melt away before my eyes. aroma was funky and tart with notes of wheat. taste, wheat, lots of carbonation, hints of hops and spices for a light vinegary palate with a skunky tart finish. This is not what I had expected, especially after it was recommended to me.

Bottle 75cl. @ Weekend of Tarts After Tasting
Unclear medium yellow orange color with a huge, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheaty, sourish, grass, citrus, moderate yeasty, corriander - clove. Flavor is moderate sweet, tart and sourwith a average to long duration. Infected IMO but maybe that’s just how it is made ! Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. Hard to drink not nice, only to share with many people ;o) [20090530]

Bottle@WSF09. Smells tart, wheat, as if infected, not horrible but not nice as well. Light hazy, pale yellow colour, white head, fair lace. Light sweet, sourish, light bitter, citric. Medium body.

A Mes rate. Bottle at the Weekend of Tarts After Tasting.
Semi hazy gold with a huge frothy white head. Big tart wheaty stuff with plenty of estery fruit and clove. A definite infection but as so often is the case, it’s probably just adding a bit of interest to a fairly dull beer.

Bottle thanks to the bosses had at the hop farm festival. Alround rating: Massive carbonation, like huge iv never seen anything like it, makes it very hard to drink infact. Light wheaty tart verging on infected sourness, grassy hop, lemon and clove(subtle). Just too hard to drink after 30 mins fo shaking it to get it flat id lost 2/3rds of the bottle and it was just super uninsiring.
