A very pleasant and drinkable, if not overly sour Berliner. Sweeter wheat aroma, just the smallest hint of lacto and no brett on the nose. Some old milk, lemongrass, peaches and cream. Balanced sweet and tart aroma. Pours a brilliant pale gold with an very bright, and quickly receding white head. The flavor is incredibly refreshing, albeit not that complex. Wheat, lemon, lacto, milk, moist cereal. Not too tart, a bit of citrus zest. Maybe some banana with a touch of spice. Creamy body with zesty carbonation. The lacto really comes through on the finish. Not too complex at all, but lacking any flaws. Delicious and insanely drinkable. If this were around my area, I’d drink the hell out of this in the summer. Thanks Jonathan! Lots of pale wheat up front with some grassy hop notes behind. There is a little bit of banana and saltine in there as well. The flavor does have some lemon sourness, but not near as sour as a lot of Berliners that I’ve had. Semi-dry with bitterness at a 2. Light body with moderate carbonation. Pretty good Berliner--not too sour, so more than sourheads would enjoy this. I do like the New Glarus better than this, however. hopscotch (5483), Vero Beach, Florida, USA

Good retention. The aroma puts forth modest notes of warm bread, clove, CornNuts and only a rumor of banana. Medium-bodied with lively carbonation. Light pale grain sweetness and mild lemon tartness. Crisp, tangy finish. Hophead22 (1090), Redlands, by way of Wisconsin,, California, USA
