Nov 23, 2009 Bottled. A hazy deep red beer with a tan head. The aroma has notes of spices, cinnamon, caramel, malt, and other spices. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, malt, spices, over ripe fruits, and some wood, leading to a dry woody finish. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

Solid body, lively carbonation with big bubbles. Lots of spice and brown sugar, some phenols and molasses. A little chocolate as well. Discreet bitterness. 231109
