Commercial Description:
Cask & Bottle Conditioned, Occasional;
Our green hop beers. 5 single hop varietal beers brewed during hop harvesting using un-kilned hops. These fresh hops are pitched to the boiling beer within an hour of picking to make more flavour and aroma available to the beer. All 5 are exceptionally pale and feature the hops prominently Available September and October while stocks last. Also available bottle conditioned.

Cask. Hazy dark orange colour. Small frothy white head. Citric aroma. The flavour is also quite citric, mild with a hint of aroma hops. Finishes with a nice, cleansing sourness. Very drinkable.

Cask at Charlie’s Bar, Copenhagen. A hazy golden beer with a thin biege head. The arom ais sweet with not so nice notes of dish wash water and stomach acid. The flavor is sweet and very spicy with a light fruity character, leading to a dry bitter finish.
