Wow, this is really an interesting porter. Though it hasn’t been aged in any casks, it somehow gave me the impression of a bourbon aging process. Pretty thick and not that sweet, just what I like in a porter.

On tap at the restaurant/brewery. Pours dark midnight black with a thin brown head. Aroma is weak, some coffee and roasted malts. Tastes more of the same, with some smoke flavor in there and a little chocolate as it warms. Bitter all the way through and in the finish. Thin mouthfeel for a porter.
