Deep brown pour with tan head and lace. Roasted dark malt aroma with a coffee kicker. Abv, chocolate, medium coffee, and a medium bitter finish. Creamy mouth feel, medium full bodied with light carbonation. A pretty solid IS.

on tap-pours a light brown head and black color. Aroma is roasty dark malt-anise. Taste is roasty dark malt-anise/coffee/chocolate, secondary acidic hops with some bite.
