Served year round at the restaraunt, since I frequent the place I drink this every now and then. Sometimes pretty inconsistant, but a decent hefeweizen nonetheless. Not super sweet but not too bitter either, just a little thin sometimes. Better without the lemon, at least fruit shouldn’t go in beer I think ;)

Milky and light yellow with nice lace. Sweet, clover nose. Lively, spritzy carbonation. Light body. Clove and slight hint of banana. Mild bitterness, but mostly balanced; good sweet-bitter thing going on. Pretty decent hefe, albeit a little on the light side.

Cloudy golden body with off-white head. Aroma is mild sweet, wheat, light grassy. Taste is medium sweet, wheat, some tart, light grassy, touch of metallic. Light body with good carbonation to style.

Sample at brewpub, Good nose, Lemon, of course that could of been the actual lemon in there, bubblegum, talc. Pale yellow color. Bitter flavors Lemon, bready/doughy. Thin body, watery mouthfeel, crisp finish. Very drinkable, tasty enough. Just not my style.

on tap at brewpub: this one won a metal at the international beer festival in las vegas. dont know muvh about this festival, but it won. typical american wheat look, hazy yellow brown with a white head. the only beer they serve in a room temp glass. the rest all frozen beyond your taste buds. with a lemon on the lip. toss the lemon and try your beer. fresh nutty smell with some spice. on the palate a solid hefe. not much to write home about and a bit thinner then i like. seems the norm for most of their beers. like to see the beers this was up against in the festival.

Wasn't very impressed with this one. Weak nose and a little too weak (watery) on the palate with very little hints of wheat. Color was okay but nothing special.

Cloudy orange look. Nutmeg nose. Fairly mellow flavor with just a hint of that weizen character. Decent.
