Commercial Description:
A robust brown ale, using all German malt. Noble hops were used to bitter and finish (Northern Brewer and German Perle). With a dry finish, this a true German brown.

Only 1.4% higher in alcohol than their original, it’s not that much better either. Looks good, but is a lttle thin and unimpressive in flavor. A bit malty and hot hoppy at all. It seems like this could have been better, just isn’t.
