Palest of yellow gold with a bright white cap, good retention and 360 deg lacing. The aroma has lemon and apricots with dusty grass. Is this supposed to be some sort of fusion Wit? Super light, watery bitterness... too much bitterness I think, weak citrus and not much more really. Medium light body, no carbonation, dry and finishes with a super watery malt. This was a waste of money.

Pale blond color. Some aroma of paper. Quite poor Lager, only at times a light crispy touch appear. Useless.

Jun 18, 2008 Pretty solid beer. Looks right. Flavor is definitely light, but refreshing. Actually not all that crisp, and a little thin in the finish, but certainly easy light drinking.

Jul 19, 2006 On tap @ Tenaya Creek poured a clear pale yellow with a small lasting white head. Aromas of bread, yeast and lemon. Palate was light bodied and crisp. Flavors of bread and light citrus with a crisp clean finish.

Aug 18, 2005 Pale color, not much aroma, decent head. Very refreshing, a bit more flavorful than the average Kolsch, but still very true to style. Definitely a good summertime brew.

Mar 1, 2005 Typical Kolsch, a little watery for my liking though. Don’t even bother trying to drink this unless you’re in the drudges of Vegas’ frying hot summer, as then is when it will taste the best and be most refreshing..

Jun 22, 2004 Hazy light straw color with no head and slight lacing. Not much aroma at all. Thin malt up front with a little hop bitterness. Watery finish. Not much there.
