Jun 8, 2003 NABA BeerFest 03: 1st Kolsch I've ever had, was rather impressed with the pack this beer punched with how clear and yellow it looked. Looked like a BMC but tasted like a hoppy wheat. :)

Aug 1, 2003 Light gold color. Medium head. Aroma is grainy and fruity. A medium bodied Kolsch. Malts are fruity and slightly sweet. Hops are slightly spicy. A light and refreshing Kolsch. Well balanced. A touch tangy on the tongue in the aftertaste. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

Jul 19, 2006 On tap @ Tenaya Creek poured a clear pale yellow with a small lasting white head. Aromas of bread, yeast and lemon. Palate was light bodied and crisp. Flavors of bread and light citrus with a crisp clean finish.

Jun 18, 2008 Pretty solid beer. Looks right. Flavor is definitely light, but refreshing. Actually not all that crisp, and a little thin in the finish, but certainly easy light drinking.

Palest of yellow gold with a bright white cap, good retention and 360 deg lacing. The aroma has lemon and apricots with dusty grass. Is this supposed to be some sort of fusion Wit? Super light, watery bitterness... too much bitterness I think, weak citrus and not much more really. Medium light body, no carbonation, dry and finishes with a super watery malt. This was a waste of money.

Jun 22, 2004 Hazy light straw color with no head and slight lacing. Not much aroma at all. Thin malt up front with a little hop bitterness. Watery finish. Not much there.
