| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Dec 6, 2007 Nice simple apple juice like fruity yeasty malt aroma. Clear medium gold color. Nice crispness, yet a bit thin. Lightly hopped, but I thought this was actually a pretty decent pilsner and was one of the better beers at Tenaya Creek. OldGrowth (1426), North Carolina, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Oct 7, 2004 Sample at brewpub. Ok nose, litely lemon and sourdough. Clean pale yellow color. Sweet and bitter. Citrus, lemon lime, toasted malts, hint of a clove or corriander. Lite body, kinda creamy, little bite on finish. Tasty enough, very drinkable. Though it was my first brew of the day and I had been hiking for a few hours so almost anything would of been good. bitter (1137), Henderson, Nevada, USA

This brew is a clear pale golden color with a thin and fizzy white head that dissipates quickly. Patchy lacing on the glass. Light hops aroma with faint malt and yeast in the background. Light-bodied with peppery hops, malt and yeast flavors. The finish is mildly bitter with hops and spice aftertaste. Average overall.
