This stout was a perfect comeback to the buffalo burger. I’m tasting roast malt, root beer, hops. slight dark khaki head. a little drying on the tongue but proper thickness & a hint of sweet. i taste roast malt, dark coffee, wood smoke, an oaken sour. I was wondering if this might be in the imperial stout category, but here its quite a bear, thick, easy drinking, walking an edge or two. just might br my best (non-imperial) stout. jake65 (1725), Williston, North Dakota, USA
