Commercial Description:
A blond summer ale whose name refers to the use of elderflowers in its production - the flowers are always planted in little terracotta pots. Although, it could also refer to our infamous concert hall in Bruges: the terracotta roof tiles are always falling off that... The beer has a fruity blossomy fragrance and a slightly acidic cider-like component to the taste.

The color is hazy yellow with some clarity but cannot see through the beer. Aroma has a lot of the Regenboog yeast dominance (brine-y fruit is really the best way I can describe it). Taste is similar but the strong carbonation seems to subdue the yeast flavors a little bit. Its very refreshing with light lemon and a seltzer-strong carbonation. This beer goes in a very different direction than most of the Regenboog beers, just tries to be light and refreshing. With the yeasty part the brine goes away and it becomes a lemon-fruit-yeast bomb.
33cl bottle, no date, from Bier Temple, in a De Neve tumbler.

Bottled. Aroma is citric, yeasty and a little cheesy. Hazy, yellow coloured with a lasting, medium, white head. Taste is sweet, bit sour. It has yeast and citrus mostly. Medium bodied. Nice, refreshing beer. Excellent when rating beers.

Bottle, bought @ Tønden, Haslev.
Pours hazy yellow with nearly no head - only a small island on the liquid - disappearing quickly. Aroma is lightly fruity citric, lots of elderflowers and oranges. Rather high carbonation, rather fresh feel. Flavour is lightly tart, quite flowery, citric gueuze-ness as well. Weird and fresh.

Bottle, ZBF08. Refreshing aroma, slightly acidic. Clear golden colour, small white head. The flavour is also acidic, like a mix of geuze and blond ale. Some yeast. Not bad.

Bottella. Cloudy deep yellow. Short very fast disapearing white head. Strong lemon bit sour herb aroma with yeast. Good fizzy mouthfeel. The flavour is a bit sour with yeast, lemon, malt and some fruits and bit of herb. Refreshing summer beer.....

Bottle@Home. Lemon and vinegar aroma. Yellow color, light hazy, off-white head, few lace. Sourish, bitter, medicinal, citric, thin. Seems more alcoholic than 7%.
