Aroma has a lot of the Regenboog yeast dominance (brine-y fruit is really the best way I can describe it). Taste is similar but the strong carbonation seems to subdue the yeast flavors a little bit. Its very refreshing with light lemon and a seltzer-strong carbonation. This beer goes in a very different direction than most of the Regenboog beers, just tries to be light and refreshing. With the yeasty part the brine goes away and it becomes a lemon-fruit-yeast bomb. 33cl bottle, no date, from Bier Temple, in a De Neve tumbler. skortila (2903), Bunnik, Netherlands

Hazy, yellow coloured with a lasting, medium, white head. Taste is sweet, bit sour. It has yeast and citrus mostly. Medium bodied. Nice, refreshing beer. Pours hazy yellow with nearly no head - only a small island on the liquid - disappearing quickly. Aroma is lightly fruity citric, lots of elderflowers and oranges. Rather high carbonation, rather fresh feel. Flavour is lightly tart, quite flowery, citric gueuze-ness as well. Weird and fresh. MiP (9087), Sønderborg, Denmark
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Apr 13, 2008 Bottle, ZBF08. Refreshing aroma, slightly acidic. Clear golden colour, small white head. The flavour is also acidic, like a mix of geuze and blond ale. Some yeast. Not bad. faroeviking (6042), BjórtjóðveldiðBjórheimBjórsins, Faroe Islands
