Jul 14, 2007 (Bottle 33 cl) Hazy, pale golden - this actually looks mostly like a Belgian Wit - with a white head. Fresh and lightly citrusy nose. Medium body with fairly tart citrus notes and a dry and lightly astringent grapefruitish finish. Sort of an Imperial Wit? 080707

Jul 9, 2007 From 33 cL bottle. Pours pale and hazy yellow with almost no head. Aroma is mild malty and vaguely citric fruity. Light creamy mouthfeel. Slight citric and floral flavour. Very mildly spiced, dry and slight hoppy. I didn’t really sense much elderflowers (some chili spiced food may be the reason for this...). Decent brew.

Jun 1, 2007 New recipe, says the label. Still, there’s a lot left to wish for. Honeyaroma, citrus, cheap sweets. Just a bit yeasty. Sweetish citric flavor with vegetabble notes. Not my favorite.

Apr 1, 2007 Straw, hazy and a weak head. The aroma has notes of elder flowers and citrus and the flavour is slightly sweet with notes of elder flower, fruit and citrus and bitterness as a nice counterweight. It’s an OK beer, but not one I’ll buy again.

Mar 17, 2007 (Bottled, BBE 2009) Hazy orange color with almost no head. Aroma of sour vegetables, plastic and flowery toilet freshener. Sour-lemony, quite strange flavor with honey-maltiness. Light-bodied, fizzy-foamy and acidic palate. Probably a bad bottle, as this was really a bad experience...

Mar 11, 2007 Bottled. Unclear. Dense white head. Sweetness, flowers and spice in the aroma. Flavour is flowery and herbal. Has some spicy and sweetnotes to counter. Is a bit bland, but still quite tasty. Meidum bodied. Dry spiced light bitterness in the end. Refreshing.

Feb 14, 2007 Slightly gold with quick fading white head. Aroma and taste of yeast, citrus fruits and spices. Fresh and spicy! Medium carbonated. The finish is hoppy and bitter. Actually this is the least interesting of the Regenboogs beers Ive tasted! But still OK!
