Commercial Description:
A blond summer ale whose name refers to the use of elderflowers in its production - the flowers are always planted in little terracotta pots. Although, it could also refer to our infamous concert hall in Bruges: the terracotta roof tiles are always falling off that... The beer has a fruity blossomy fragrance and a slightly acidic cider-like component to the taste.

Orange gold - very clear. Medium thick, white head. Lightly sourish nose, a bit lambic-like, fruit acids. Taste is again a slight sourish fruitflavour. It can be elderflower, I'd have as soon said quetches (sloeberries). Very refreshing mouthfeel, spritzy, fruity, even in the aftertaste. A very good summer ale indeed. I do not think it travels all that well...

Bottled. Hazy orange colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is bigtime yeast as well as some sourness. Flavour is lovely yeasty along with grass, malts, some sour fruits and a bit of hay. Totally sourish and dry.

The color is hazy yellow with some clarity but cannot see through the beer. Aroma has a lot of the Regenboog yeast dominance (brine-y fruit is really the best way I can describe it). Taste is similar but the strong carbonation seems to subdue the yeast flavors a little bit. Its very refreshing with light lemon and a seltzer-strong carbonation. This beer goes in a very different direction than most of the Regenboog beers, just tries to be light and refreshing. With the yeasty part the brine goes away and it becomes a lemon-fruit-yeast bomb.
33cl bottle, no date, from Bier Temple, in a De Neve tumbler.

Hazy blond body. White, creamy head. Hoppy aroma. Lightly bitter flavour and one dimensional. Not bad, but lacks compelxity.

Bottle. Cloudy golden with some sediment and a small head. Potent tart fruity with hints of spices. Fruity flavours balanced by spices. Quite lively. Well-made and interesting as always from this brewery.

Hazy orange-golden beer. Small white head. Citruslike aroma. Mild sweet flavor in the beginning. Citrus and other fruity elements. Notes of sourness at the end. Very balanced. Medium bodied. Very drinkable.

Big white head; hazy orange body. Powerful aroma of lemon, coriander, yeast and paradise seeds and notes of bread. Soft, grainy taste of lemon and wheat with yeasty notes. Watery aftertaste. Quite good, but a bit light.
