The flavor is basically the same; rich caramel covered sweet fruits, light alcohol and sugars. I enjoyed this brew a lot. Adam77 (407), Eastampton, New Jersey, USA

Aromas are strong grain, toffee, hops and lemon. Flavor is strong, with a nice, and well balanced, alcohol kick. Hops and grain are dominant in many different ways. There’s a lot going on in here. Pretty damn good Imperial Pilsner. lithy (1700), Knoxville, Tennessee, USA

Pours a thick syrupy looking copper orange with a beige head. Big caramel, toffee malt aroma, honey, the hops seemed to have disappeared leaving only a light grassy note. Taste is very bready caramel malt, light alcohol warmth, a lot like what I remember Sam Adams Imperial Pilsner being. Dogface (12), Birmingham, Alabama, USA
