| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Oct 26, 2008 Clear golden color. Slight toasty aroma and an unexpected hard candy sort of smell as well. Crisp and clean flavor. The creaminess comes through in the flavor a bit. Also some doughy types of flavors and a little bit of citrus fruit. PhillyBeer2112 (2087), Orange Park, Florida, USA

Bready and crackery nose. Empty flavor with a touch of dough and a tinge of spicy hop. Butters (1652), Virginia, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Oct 20, 2008 Hazy dark straw color with wispy dirty white head. Nose of creamed corn and vanilla. Flavor is lightly grainy and grassy in the finish. Pleasant and very drinkable. One of the better cream ales I’ve had. KieferUGA (461), Atlanta, Georgia, USA

| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Oct 8, 2008 This is a lager-like cream ale with a light golden color and thinner head out of the bottle. It is a very smooth beer, little aftertaste, but also not a lot of depth. It has a mildly grainy taste, not unpleasant, with a tint of citrus. It tastes better than the Gennie Cream Ale I remember from my youth and fits the "beer to drink when thirsty" category. That said, it is not one that I will add to my regular rotation.
