Jan 4, 2008 Bottle courtesy of Unclemattie: Poured a golden color ale with a big foamy head with good retention and medium lacing. Aroma of sweet malt is dominant and somewhat enjoyable. Taste is a mix between sweet malt with some grassy notes. Overall, I thought this was well done but not very complex – a good session brew.

Dec 26, 2007 Nice crisp clean tasting ale. Rather foamy. A little sweet on the aftertaste. I would have another anytime.

Hazy blond color. Is it an Ale? Useless Lager, with paper-like aroma; the flavor is a bit sweetish.

Blond color. Very simple Ale; at the end there is a light sweetness; there is also a light buttery flavor. Too simple.

Dec 11, 2007 Clear straw color with small bits of off-white head. Slightly sweet light malty aroma, but not really much. Taste is a basic even maltliness with little hop presence. Pretty plain.

Dec 3, 2007 12 oz. bottle from Total Wine in Huntersville, NC. Beer pours a dull golden color with a slight head. Aroma is virtually non existent. Taste is lightly sweet with a touch of fruit flavor, and a sour aftertaste. Meh. Go Gators.

Nov 30, 2007 12 oz bottle. Pours a pale gold with a very thin layer of white head that is mostly diminishing. Aroma is sweet with a hint of floral tones. Initial flavor is sweet with a little fruit flavor. Sour aftertaste with little hop character. Light to medium body feel. Drinkable... but why?

Nov 28, 2007 Reminds me of champagne or chardonnay for some reason... A little sweet, but a good session beer. I can’t put my finger on it much more than this, but there is definately a white wine aspect to this... good beer, there’s just not much to it.

Nov 24, 2007 (12oz bottle, best by 11/10/07) Lightly hazed apple juice body with white head. Aroma is medium sweet, bread, light vanilla. Taste is medium sweet, melon, earthy, some orange, bread, vanilla. Light-medium body, light acidity.
