Oct 2, 2006 Bottled at Stockholm Beer Festival. Golden colour. Lemon, grass and spices in aroma. Clean flavour of orange-peels, grass and bread. Crisp ligtly hoppt finish.

Sep 30, 2006 [Bottled at Stockholm Beer Festival] Clear golden. Evident rye bread. Medium dry with clean, rounded mouthfeel and some grassy bitterness. A refreshing, straight forward beer.

Sep 26, 2006 12 oz bottle via thebeercellar2 (thanks Matt!). Pours a crystal clear golden/blonde with a small white head that leaves no lace on the glass. Thousands of tiny bubbles rush to the surface. Not much aroma other than fresh bread. Taste is sweet molasses, then a bit of mild hoppiness, and a zesty peppery fizzy finish. A bit thin bodied and too carbonated but a decent sesson beer.

Sep 22, 2006 Draft sample Taco Mac SS - Not sure why I bothered, I guess I wanted to have all the Terrapins while in Atlanta. Aroma is malt with a touch of yeast and lemon. Pours clear yellow with small head and decent lacing. Flavor matches aroma. Creamy palate. A boring brew.

Sep 20, 2006 Pours gold in color with a tiny white head. Slightly sour hop aroma. Flavor is citrusy malt, some orange peel with a lightly bitter pecan husk hop finish. Lightly cabonated, smooth and vaguely oily mouthfeel ... somewhat thin. Not bad, but not exceptional.
