Spike has prepared a cask of his IBA that has been packed with fresh cocoa nibs as well as a half pound of dry hops! This is a fantastic blend of chocolate goodness and citrus bite added to this great beer from Terrapin.

Cask at Trappeze. Poured cloudy brown with a tan head. Aroma of chocolate, citrus hops, and sweet malt. Taste is also nicely hopped (some bits actually floating in my glass). After the initial hop notes, the beer comes around with some nice smooth chocolate notes. The chocolate is smooth and creamy. The finish is a mix of hoppy bitterness and chocolatey goodness. This was an interesting and enjoyable cask.
