Small, yellowish head that left fragmental laceworks on the glass. Inviting aroma of hoppy fruits with a touch fruit-chocolate. Sweet toasted malt with chocolate notes offset by plenty of citric hops in flavour. Firm bitter aftertaste. Taste is again strong of Cascades....maybe a bit of chocolate, but damn little. thin mouthfeel, good carbonation. Bitter hops: pine, citrus, slight nuttiness in the nose. Flavor of hops, nuts, soap, and pine. Has a malt undertone. Hops definitely on top.
