Commercial Description:
We Consider this an extreme version of an American Pale Ale. It has a very up front floral and citrus aroma from a late cascade addition and dry hopping with Amarillo. This beer also has a big malt background to balance the bitterness of the hops. The rye malt cleans up your palette after you swallow so the hop flavor does not stick in your mouth too long.
Now available in bottles.

On Tap at World Of Beer Tampa. This was a big surprise. Very IPA like in the nose and mouth. Very bright and floral hoppiness. Good balance. With the huge hop character in the nose the bitterness wasn’t astringent or puckering at all. Very likely to pick up a six pack of this the next time I see it.

Bottled from Bierkoning. Clear orange-golden coloured, lasting head. Very hoppy nose, some grapefruit. Bitter flavour, hops, nicely balanced. Nice American Pale Ale.

Pours a light reddish orange color with a small amount of foamy offwhite head. Aroma is a bit cirtic, like sour grapefruits, and sourdough bread. Flavor is a bit spicey and doughy with a bitter citric hop, though not fruity. Not a fan of that bready bitter taste.

bottle and draft; aroma is of malt, spicy rye, and citrus hops. hops are more prevalent in the draft version. pours a redish amber with a two finger white head. taste is of sweet malt and spicy rye up front, followed by beautifully balanced american hops. this is my favorite easy sipping beer.

Very citrusey aroma. Flavor has a great mix of sweetness and bitterness, ending on a dry note from the rye. Some faint florals in this - and it left me wanting more of that. Another good entry from Terrapin.

Bottle courtesy of TheBeerCellar. Pours a lightly hazy amber with a finger of creamy off-white head that collapses to a thin skin at the surface. The aroma is of floral and citric hops over pale malt, with a touch of rye at the finish. Light to medium-bodied with creamy-soft carbonation and a tight bitter finish that hits and disappears fairly quickly. Pale malt and light rye with a nice balance of floral and citric hops. This is a tasty, easy drinking APA; quite sessionable. I imagine this is a staple brew in a lot of fridges in the southeast. Thanks again for the bottle, Matt.

Bright amber appearance with a large, off white head and good lacing. Mild, citrus hop aroma dominated by grapefruit. Rye malt takes on a toasty note before giving way to the lemony, citrusy hop flavors. Medium bodied, decently carbonated maouthfeel. Lingering, bitter finish. Very easy to drink.....and drink.
