GMCC2181 (357), Bear, Delaware, USA Jul 5, 2008 I think josh sent this to me so THANKS! Nice amber color, with a small head that faded quickly. Good lacing as well. Aroma is lots of grapefruit and citrus/pine hops. Taste is smooth, maltier then I expected but still good. The bitterness comes up front followed by a stong malt backing. No trace of alcohol. Texture is slightly above medium and low carbonatiion. Easy to drink. I was impressed by the smoothness of the beer. Overall a solid DIPA, that is worth buying! Thanks again StFun!

Lots of sweet malt in there to balance it out. Really good stuff. I would have liked this Rye aspect in the Roggen beer of theres. doubleo (743), San Diego, California, USA Aug 22, 2008 12oz bottle.
