The aroma is both sweet and smokey with the smoke taking a back seat. There is also some hops. The taste is like the aroma. The palate is smooth and full. Poured brown/beep amber in color with a small, dense, tan head that lasted throughout. Clear. Sparkling. Full of tiny particles throughout. Flavor is light to medium sweet. Tastes of malts, toasted caramel, smoke, Bamburg wood, slight vanilla, slight wood, slight peat, and figs. Medium body. Slick, then lightly dry texture. Soft to average carbonation. Malt, peat, and light caramel finish.
