| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Oct 29, 2009 Don’t remember all the details since I’m rating after the fact I’ve drank it already. Overall: It smelled nice and looked okay. Flavor was weird (honey, banana, citrus, malts) and it left a super sticky feeling in my mouth. It was very sweet and not something I’d want more than a glass of. Guerde (710), Welcome, Minnesota, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Oct 29, 2009 (bottle from ksurkin, thanks!) Pours hazy orange with no head whatsoever. Big wheat presence in the aroma. This really smells like an amped up hefeweizen, with a bunch of tart wheat, clove, bubblegum, and a lot of banana as well. Other aromas include honey along with some alcohol too. The aroma gets sweeter and boozier as this warms up a bit. The taste is just like the aroma, with a lot of banana, honey, wheat, clove, yeast, and a substantial amount of alcohol. Some baked bread showing up on the finish. Mouthfeel is thick and carbonation is smooth. This is quite an interesting hefe, mead, wheat wine combination. Thanks again Ken! Pastor (509), Maine, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Oct 26, 2009 Thanks to Mike for sending this my way in a resent trade. A 22 oz bottle split with some friends at lunch. Pored into tulips it produced a short lasting head that settled to almost nothing but with a little work you could get it back. The body of the brew was an incredible orange/apricot in color.
A big sweet honey note up front in the aroma with a little fruit thrown in. the flavor is Honey throughout as well I’m guessing the bottle had some age but the sweetness of the flavor is almost to much the last warm swig was like licking a spoon of honey. The feel in my mouth was the light side of medium with light carbonation. The 11% alcohol was no where to be found except in the after effect.

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Oct 23, 2009 12oz bottle. Thanks to Markwise for this one. Pours hazy orange with gold edges and very thin white head. Aroma is wheat, banana, clove, and bready malts. Flavor is bready malt, yeast, banana, wheat and some booze. Carbonation is a little light and finishes a little sweet and cloying. More of an imperial wit than a wheat wine.
