Bottle. Pours hazy golden, orange body with a thin and bubbly white head. Sweet aroma. Spicy and sweet fruit taste with notes of clove, bananas, oranges, honey, and candy. Alcohol is noticeable. The feel is syrupy with a little bit of a dry finish and it has moderate carbonation. It’s definitely one of my favorite side projects. I’m glad to see they’re going to brew it yearly.

12oz bottle from grape & gourmet. pours a very nice golden orange with a thin, white head and a touch of lace. aroma is very nice with big notes of ripe, candied banana, yeast, bubblegum, spicy clove, cardboard, booze, and sweet honey. flavor is quite good with fruity notes of brown banana, orange, and peach, straw, bready yeast, earthy hops, and spiced honey with a dry, bittersweet finish. palate is medium bodied with mild carbonation and the 10.8% is nicely warming on the swallow. overall, an interesting and tasty wheat wine.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has strong notes of fruit - peaches and oranges on a malty back ground. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, alcohol, fresh peaches and over ripe fruits, leading to a dry, bitter, and alcoholic finish. Thanks CaptainCougar for coming to Denmark and sharing this.

22oz – The Wine Shoppe (Myrtle Beach). Lightly hazed amber, thin white fizzy head. Sweet grassy honey and spiced candy wax lip aromas warm to faint swirls of apple and golden raisin throughout. Flavors of mead and raisin rest on a spicy hop foundation. Just a touch of backend bitterness in the end. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, light bittersweet finish. Interesting, but I’m not sure I get this one...
