Full on doughy yeast aroma, spritzy dry soda, flowers, eggs. Complex. I dig it. The flavor is a bit thin, sweet, not as enjoyable as the aroma, some strawberry and fall foliage flavors. Nice body. Tastes of sweet grain with flavor that extends beyond what is expected. Not bad.
