Pale yellow with a thin white head. Aroma is light, mostly yeast. Flavor is light and refreshing, slight carbonation. A little less carbonation than other Saison’s. Finish is somewhat sour though that is the taste that lingers most. Overall, very pleasant and refreshing.

Still new to this style...hints of dried hay and yeast on the nose. Tangy, tart, dry and refreshing. Cloves, coriander, yeast, and fruit funk with very little carbonation. Very light mouth with a slightly sour finish.

On tap at Piper’s Pub. Mild bubblegum and Beeman’s, chalky yeasty notes with coriander. Mild hops and sweet wheat-grain notes. Light orange peel. Hazy medium amber with thin off-white lacing head. Medium watery body with medium carbonation. Starts sweet with Beeman’s gum, coriander, orange peel, and light wheat. Yeasty chalky character throughout. Very little bitterness in this one. Nice ale with good fruity-yeasty balance.

Bottle from TBS.. Poured into a snifter, really small head. Yellow in color. Decent aroma of lemon, grass, and yeasy. Taste is a slightly tart, yeasty, lemon and grass saison... kind of boring. The texture is not flat but lacking the normal carbonation that is typical with saisons. Overall a weak saison... Thanks matt for the brews!

Bottle Pours a cloudy straw color with a small white head. The head lasts well and laces very well on the glass. Has a floral aroma with some spices and fruit. Has a good carbonation. The flavor is sweet and thrist quenching. Has a touch dry texture. The body is light to medium. Has a decent finish with a clean aftertaste. This is a decent beer that is refreshing.

The aroma is a bit funky and fruity with hops and malt. The appearance is pale gold and hazy with an average head. The flavor is like the aroma. The palate is thin but OK for the style. Overall this is a good beer.
