22oz bomber. Pours gold with a light cloudiness. It is very malty with a light lemony citrus character and some banana esters. Full-bodied and tasty.

22 ounce bottle from Whole Foods Market in Charlottesville, VA. Pours a hazy lemon yellow color with a thin head. Average head retention and decent lacing. Aroma is bready and nutty with strong yeast notes and subtle caramel and pineapple. Taste is bread, yeast, spice with light fruity notes including pineapple and banana. Bitter hoppy finish. Medium bodied.

Bottle thanks Radek for sharing. Darkish yellow body with noticeable rising carbonation bubbles. The aroma is hoppy and it is apple juice. Light mouthfeel, light for the style. Getting pepper and corriander. Criticism is expectation for more yeast contribution. Very summer beerable, drinkable.

Slightly cloudy pour with a lasting white head. Nice spicy, peppery aroma with banana and yeast. Flavor is more of the same, with a nice medium body and creamy mouthfeel. Fruity finish. Pretty good saison.

Bottle thanks to NachlamSie. Pours a lightly hazy yellow with a thin pale head. The aroma is effervescent with strong grassy notes, a light cheesiness, nice yeast, and a little metallic. Sitting on the tongue the yeasty, cheese notes are prominent with some hay. Passing the tongue the cheese notes become more evident while some fruity notes arise. The finish is cheesy with some grass textures. Not my favourite style but this is decent.

Bomber, shared by NachlamSie. Pours hazy light yellow with thin white head. The aroma is hay, light cheese, mild spice, and a pretty assertive yeastiness. The flavor is mild banana chips, some swiss cheese, hay, freshly mown grass, light coriander, lemon zest. Finish is a little bit zesty, but not as dry as I would like from a saison. Decent enough.

Bomber. Pours a hazy yellow, light white head. The aroma is mild. Banana, cheese, and hay come out. More cheese in the flavor with light clove, banana, and tame fruity notes. Not really bold in any one way, but a decently clean beer.

Pours a hazy dark golden yellowish brown color with ripe banana hues. Cloudy yellow lemon colors appear when held to alight source. Half finger frothy off-white head that slowly dissipates into a lasting cap and ring. Nice earthy spicy aroma with a lot of crisp citrus fruit. Yeast/bread presence is pretty dominate with some ripe banana notes. Lemon peel, corriander, peppery spice, apple and pear hints accompanying the earthy funky scent. Nice medium body with a very full yeasty/bread mouthfull. Pleasantly earthy/funky with a dominate ripe banana flavor balanced out by wheat, clove, corriander, pepper, lemon and orange peel. Subtle hop presence contributes to the extremely well balanced flavor. Very quaffable and refreshing with a slightly dry finish.
