| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | May 11, 2009 Bomber. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. The aroma is very peppery, fruity, and floral. Esters are apparent and work pretty well with the spicy hops. The mouthfeel is medium. Hints at peppers, honey, flowers, and the good kind of vegetation are in the flavor. This is pretty solid and bold, actually. Looks like Terrapin is finally delivering in the Side Project series. I started this one when it was around cellar temp and the bottle chill in the fridge for a while. I definitely enjoyed it better at lower temperatures. This one is a good attempt at an awkward style. It pulls it off pretty well. emacgee (1892), Chapel Hill, North Carolina, USA

Very tasty. decaturstevo (2007), decatur, Tennessee, USA

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | May 10, 2009 I’m just not a fan of these Belgian IPA’s. Golden color. Light, pine and citrus aroma. The flavor is sweet and hoppy. Just not a good blend to me. Very effervescent. Good mouthfeel. mar (1940), Dallas, Texas, USA

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | May 10, 2009 (22oz bottle) Pours a clear yellow body with a small white head. Aroma of yeast, citrus, and coriander. Flavor of Belgian yeast, coriander, hops (orange, pine), and caramel malt. DerBiermeister (523), Birmingham, Alabama, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 1/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | May 10, 2009 This beer is disappointing for more than one reason. First of all, it pours with virtually zero head. Secondly, it uses the word "Belgian," which you should not use unless you can deliver. This beer is very sweet and yet very bitter. In a way it’s a bit mind-blowing. It kind of tastes like a sweet, crisp, extra hoppy IPA. It’s a tad watery, but only a tad - not at all creamy or thick.
