hopdog (4645), Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA Aug 22, 2006 12oz bottle acquired in trade with atpayne (thanks!). Poured a medium to deeper amber color with an averaged sized off white head. Aromas of vegetables and light caramel in the background. Tastes where way off. Sour and buttery. On my way to the sink... atpayne (615), Zionsville, Indiana, USA Sep 27, 2005 Pours very clear amber, with red and brown tones, with a minimal tan head. Aroma is malty, but very sweet and with a fruity vinegar aroma. Smells smooth but vinigar makes it a little off. Flavor is tangy from malt, but has a vinegar flavor that is off putting. Vinegar gives a fruityness but is’s messy and not put together well. The interestering aroma was the best part of it. burgerlicious (308), Indianapolis, Indiana, USA Jul 30, 2005 Body is a medium amber hue. I usually don’t give such vague comments, but the only way to descibe this one is "weird." It just didn’t sit well with me. Lubiere (3324), Ottawa, Ontario, Canada Dec 14, 2004 Golden lager with a boiled vegetable aroma, and diacetyl. The diacetyl comes out in mouth too, but gets a reprieve from the malts and hops. Apart from the aroma , good lager. (July 31 at Indiana Microbrewers Festival) Drew (2377), Kent, Ohio, USA Jul 20, 2004 Deep copper and clear - this looks very tasty. Caramel sweet and lightly toasty with a burnt and hoppy finish.
