Hoppy aroma but I couldnt believe it was made with cascade and styrians hops after reading the bottle. Biscuit quality to the malt and a nice combination of leafy hops that was nice and dry but washed away fairly quickly. Nice overall flavour though. I’ll buy again. leaparsons (4748), Leicester, Leicestershire, England

Flavours are caramel and toffee malts with sweet pine. Herbal with citrus notes. Quite syrupy in its sweetness. downender (2625), Bristol, Gloucestershire, England
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Feb 14, 2008 Golden coloured with a big, frothy white head. Aroma of peaches, sweet malt and grassy hops. Flavour was sweet, almost cloying with a hoppy, dry finish. Good, but not a patch on seven giraffes. Magicdave6 (5551), London, Greater London, England
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jan 7, 2008 Bottle from father, which i assume came from tesco somewhere. Aroma is biscuoity and sweet pale malts, grassy bittering hops, hints of orange and spice. Taste is a similar bag of banter, quite sweet and o that side of balanced, decent hop character. I wonder if this is infact joker? imdownthepub (5170), Banbury, Oxfordshire, England

Malty dry, good looking beer with a vague cereal aroma and some carbonation. Light, not particularly hoppy, crisp and biscuity with a sweetish background. its ok but perhaps too light. | 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Nov 22, 2007 Bottle. Reasonably hoppy, malts slightly stodgy and sweet. Lacking in the fresh feeling which makes the difference between a drinkable hoppy beer and one that isnt so drinkable. dj (422), Gloucestershire, England
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Nov 10, 2007 Bottle, 500ml. A fruity, hoppy aroma. Taste is hoppy balanced out with roasted malt. A fair bit of citrus. A slightly sweet, citric finish. An enjoyable IPA. DruncanVeasey (2753), The Penguin’s Arms, Europe, Warwickshire, England
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Nov 7, 2007 Reddish amber fizzing steadily. Wafts with all the leafy, faintly earthy, tangerine-accented hop goodness you’d expect. Promises of milk chocolate malty sweetness. Thick and glugging, with a creamily full body at the ABV. Rounded citrussy hops with a hint of bite. Finishes a little sweetly with a cereally/wheaty note, but still a tasty, pleasant-drinking IPA.
