Commercial Description:
Cask; Regular.
"As a result of brewing this beer in Yorkshire Squares, it has a full-bodied roasted malt flavour with just a hint of caramel. Tetley's Cask also has a smooth hop character and bitterness derived from English hops."

Cask at The Red Lion (Westminster - London).
Creamy and compact head, Irish type, good persistence and duration. Red clearly color, much limpid and stationary. Bitter and pleasant scent; malr and cereal notes with rumors of wood, resin and ash. Smooth, dry, little alcoholic and much bitter taste. Medium duration final.

Cask at Twickenham Stadium (2006 Rugby Union Powergen Cup Final). Pale amber with a small head. A very faint hoppy aroma. The taste has a curious peppery note that wasn’t altogether unpleasant but it needed more bitterness at the end.

Cask: Dove & Olive Branche, Grasmere. Late summer 2004. Amber color, lasting creamy head. Hoppy seaweed aroma. Sweetish, malty flavor with some butterscotch and still a fair deal of hops. Grassy, seaweed finish. Much better as I expected.
