Commercial Description:
Nitro Keg Ale and Canned Widget Ale. An export strength beer brewed specifically for countries outside the UK. It has the same smooth and creamy characteristics as Tetley's Smoothflow and incorporates a full drinking flavour. It is well balanced with a complex range of malty and hoppy notes, enhanced by a fruity aroma. Like Tetley's Smoothflow, it is served at 8°C to give extra refreshment.

Typical English Ale, very creamy with the widget, malty with light hops. Very smooth, I can drink this all day and the ABV is listed at 3.8% which is much lighter than other beers I consume. I really enjoy drinking this, very refreshing.

16oz widget can and nitro tap. Pours a deep gold with a thick creamy tan head. Aroma is lightly malty with a faint roasted quality. Flavor is very smooth, consisting mostly of malt, with a little caramel. Finish is lightly bitter hops.

Has a clear dark amber color. Aroma of malts and and of bitter yeast. Taste is mainly of bitter malts and yeast. Nothing much in the aftertaste. Nothing special.

Nitro at Redlight. Gold/copper. White nitro head. Muted aroma. Flavor is also muted- mild sweetness, mild bitterness. Light/medium body, smooth. Inoffensive, yet inappreciable.

Draft at redlight redlight. This smooth mild ale is probably to mild to hit it big in a lot of circles, but it has a lot of nice qualities. It pours amber with a thick off-white head. While the aroma is not the highlight, the palate is: very smooth, creamy and refreshing. The flavor is your classic English ale, but in a good way.

Tap. Nice and creamy. Not much in the aroma, just a malty touch. Flavour is long-lasting and sweet, with some balancing bitterness. Medium-bodied and creamy in the palate. Copper in colour, with a thick white head.

Color is lovely. I like the creamy mouthfeel but that fades to a pleasant but bland-ish taste. Could be perked up more.

Nitro poured draft. Malty with spicy english hops, which are barely noticable. Pours milky white and settles to nice golden amber with a dense white head. Easy drinking English ale, malty and very mildly hopped. Just an easy drinking beer.
