| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Feb 14, 2007 From a tap, a nice dark amber color complete with a thick creamy head that lasted until the last drop. Very bitter, malty and creamy. Not very hoppy. Pretty standard English bitter. A good choice if your selection is limited but a good pub should have something better to enjoy faroeviking (6123), BjórtjóðveldiðBjórheimBjórsins, Faroe Islands
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Jan 28, 2007 Nice pale amber colour with a small rather short lasting white head. Fruity and malty aroma. Flavour has a mild toasty maltiness with a good moderate bitter hoppiness and some mild roasty caramel. polarbear1 (1), NORTH QUINCY, Massachusetts, USA does not count | 0.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 1/10 | 3/5 | 1/10 | 1/5 | 1/20 | Jan 26, 2007 THE ABSOLUTE WORST TASTING OR (NON TASTING) BEER I HAVE EVER HAD THE MISFORTUNE TO IMBIBE. THE REVIEWS ARE INDEED TRUE AFTER ALL. ENDED UP POURING THE BEER DOWN THE DRAIN AND TOMORROW THE TRASH GETS THE REST. I WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE IT TO ANYONE AS I WOULD NOT WANT TO HEAR ABOUT IT AFTERWARDS. A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. Enjoyit (1746), Vadum, Denmark

Malty in taste with a bitter finish. A very ordinary english bitter, but with a lovely head MojoJojo (5), Tolleson, Arizona, USA does not count | 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Jan 24, 2007 Not quite what I expected. Poured a pale golden yellow with an average head. The widget in the can gives it creamy, foamy appearance in the glass that takes about a minute to "settle up" before tasting. Started a little thin on the palate, with a slight, barely noticeable after taste., with not anything standingout. Again, was a little too thin for an English ale for my taste. Not highly reccomended but an average beer. daniel0017 (232), Ontario, Canada
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 5/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Jan 16, 2007 Excellent creamy tan head of one finger’s width, lacing is very appetizing as it runs down the whole length of the glass with clear amber body. From a can, so metallic presence noticeable in both nose and mouth yet the barley malt aroma still comes through. Flavor is boring. Flat, one dimensional, watered down, not bad, just not present! Where’d the flavor go? Palate is equally bland, only the creaminess stood out. It’s OK, but I wouldn’t go around looking for this one. themadmumis (344), Westminster, Maryland, USA
