Not easily visible through since there was so many bubbles being tossed around inside the cup. Flavor was both creamy and smooth and thats all due to the nitro tap. Nose was fresh aroma but for some reason i couldn’t quite put my finger on how to describe it. Will buy this in a can when i find it. FROTHINGSLOSH (2031), GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA

The aroma is lightly sour with a faint flowery undertone. The mouthfeel is smooth and creamy (as expected with a widget). The flavor is sour with light peppery and spicy hops. The finish is a tad dry. whaleman (2171), North Wales, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 2/5 | 13/20 | Aug 9, 2005 Draught can. Clear bright copper body and a thick, creamy head. Aroma of toffee, caramel, earth, and dry leaves. Flavor has a soft, warm spice property like allspice with moderate sweet notes and balancing bitterness. Flat and slick mouthfeel. Despite the widget, this is not bad.

| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Jul 28, 2005 Nitro can pours an amber orange color with the fluffy tan head. Slight fruitty aroma. Flavor has a clovey with a slight nut taste. Clove flavor is dominating and out of place, I thought. Fairly well balanced as far as bitterness goes. | 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Jul 23, 2005 Updated: Jan 26, 2006Draught At the Duke of Argyll The pint came still bubbling a bit, mostly clear golden amber with typically creamy draught off-white head. Aroma quite mild, dusty-sweet medium maltiness, some dry hops, bit of a metallic tang. Flavour much the same, very quick finishing, mildly bitter instead of sweet at the finish, a bit of nuttiness too - not at all harsh. Quite watery moutfeel, went down the hatch very, very easily. Hit the spot, was about what I remembered. allfreej (375), Louisville, Kentucky, USA

Light hops in the aroma and a smooth, creamy mouthfeel. The flavor is light and malty, with a bit of hops in the finish. Not spectacular, but a refreshing ale. twindadplus2 (417), Wisconsin, USA
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Jul 19, 2005 Nitrogen can. Nice appearance; Orange/amber color with the usual thick, white, nitrogen head. Aroma is weak malt and a little herbal hops. Smooth but very watery with the flavor being mostly sweet with a hint of malt and a slight kick of hops bitterness at the end. Not bad but much weaker than I expected. Bit of a disappointment actually but still worth drinking.
