The flavor is soft, sligthtly sweet and fruity with an OK bitterness. A little light. A fine beer - but very standard. bluemeow76 (693), Lewis Center, Ohio, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Apr 2, 2003 Good color in this amber pour and thin head. Good lacing. Suffers from being almost average, but definitely a decent draft bar beer. hennes (932), Fountain, Michigan, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Mar 31, 2003 Whipped butter and weedy hops and that about covers it. I found this to be unsettling, though more interesting than simlar canned brews. gws57 (1138), Saint Charles, Illinois, USA

Unexpectedly mellow, beautiful rich golden color, slight hoppy nose, highly drinkable. Not particularly memorable taste, somewhat dry. Fairly average. ogivlado (3088), Zagreb, Croatia

| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 18/20 | Mar 24, 2003 I do not know why people give this brew such a thumbs down, because I found it to be quite tasty. Nice copper coloration and a malty nose with some bitter tones, all in all not to bad. DukeofYork (44), Toronto, Ontario, Canada
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Mar 21, 2003 Fake nitro head, copper-brown colour. Sour malt in the nose. Slight bitterness on the front, slight malt ... as it warms you get a bit more mouthfeel. I can coax a bit of hidden alcohol (wow, at 4.4%) Very, very average ... but what can one expect but bland, one dimensional beer if the can has a widget? I notice something harsh in there (phenols?) but I may have an old can. EricTheRed (81), Plainfield, Illinois, USA

copper color, thick head, smooooooooooooth texture, nice bitter hops finish. Previous comments were for canned. Had this on draft in Naperville today and it was good, but perhaps overpriced at $5/pint.
