bigcasinobrown (6), Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, USA does not count May 22, 2008 The best beer of all time because Texas football does suck. Of course I went to OU so I love this beer especially around OU Texas weekend. Okay its not that great but its okay given its from Krebs. Come on give it a chance. dm9831 (573), Monee, Illinois, USA Mar 6, 2008 pours light gold, thin head, watery looking. i caught nothing but air in the nose. the flavor was mildly bud-like; or worse, mildly bud lite-like. the mouth feel was water. i guess this brew is inoffensive, except for the texas sux crack. all-in-all, if i want a beer to remind me of bud, i’ll drink a bud. bleeng (286), Spring near Beersel, Texas, USA Jan 29, 2008 Funny. I just had to pick this up because of the label and the upside down Texas on the label. But I’m glad they came in singles. I can’t imagine buying a sixer of this. Nose is bit lemony and tart-not bad. Pours hazy yellow like an American light-wheat. Very little head. That’s where the positives end. Taste is bitter, a bit tart, very light body. Not overly trashy but 1/2 a bottle is enough. valpoaj (290), Valparaiso, Indiana, USA Oct 18, 2007 Bottle courtesy of an OU fan from Norman who knew I liked collecting beer bottles. Straw colored pour with no head to speak of. Beer was bubbling like a bottle of cola. Aroma was weak, but not unpleasant. Level of carbonation is indeed extreme, but this beer was better than expected, if not ’good’. Wheaty flavor has some sourness early on the palate, and finishes a bit harshly. Some lemony hints as well make this beer drink more like an american wheat. Decent drink... kreepindeth (405), Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, USA May 11, 2007 Not as bad as I was expecting. A little tart with some sourness, similar to an American wheat. Some very faint hops in the fizzy finish.
