On tap at the brewry. Very herbal aroma. Light brown color, beige head, good lace. Very light sweet, malty, pretty bitter and herbal hops, hint of molasses, dry finish. Belgian Ale? More like a mix between a Alt and a Bitter Ale.

Always like these amber beers. It was sweetish the first sit, but had an interesting bitter evolution.

I shared this with Jacob Lövenlund - so my bottle also said Texels Fuurtoren Amber. It is a hazy amber beer with a white head. The aroma is of grass and hops. The flavor is malty with notes of gras and hops on a sweet background. The end is very dry hoppy with a light bitterness.

Bottled (CK). Hazy dark orange color, good creamy beige head. Fruity hoppy nose (caramel, mango) with notes of yeast and iron. Pale malty, caramelly background. Fruity hoppy bitterness, especially in the finish and aftertaste. Overall sweetish. Harmless, balanced , ok session beer.

Malty aroma with prune. Sweetish, yeasty taste with chocolate and prune. New label: maybe new recipe: Licorice and pepper aroma. Sweetish, malty flavor with hops, pepper and some licorice. Too sweet to be really good, but not bad at all.
