Dark brown, frothy head which dissipates to nothing. Blossomy honey sweet aroma and rich sweet malt. Tastes similar, very malty. Pleasant bitterness, but quite sweet, very pleasant but not exceptional.

Aug 17, 2008 Bottle: Poured a deep brown with a thin off white color head. Aroma is fruit with a caramel hint. Taste is sweet with dried fruit. Finish is dry and pleasant!

Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, light to moderate yeasty, notes brown sugar - burnt sugar. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (040408)
