Aug 13, 2008 On tap @ the brewery. Beautiful slightly hazy bright golden colour, white head. Aroma of hops, citrus, soft malts. Flavour is slightly malty, yeast, hoppy freshness, bit fruity. Soft mouthfeel. Very, very nice beer. More like Christoffel Blond (less bitter though) than a Kölsch.

Jan 25, 2008 Bottle, 5%. Fresh citric, grassy hop aroma. Hazy yellow colour. Small white head. The flavour is quite refreshing, OK citric, hint of yeast and the same hoppiness as the aroma. Cleansing bitterness.
