Bottle 30cl and on tap. Kolsch styled beer. Yeasty smell with a good straight on watery finish. Refreshing beer imo, nice Kolsch. This beer is retired though.

300ml Bottle - Hazy amber/orange in colour. Grainy and dusty aroma with a hint of fruit. The taste is rather pleasant with light fruit, malt hops with a hint of grain. Fairly tasty despite the simplicity.

300ml bottle (Cracked Kettle, Amsterdam)
Massive high-power gusher. Hazy pale orange, brief head. Very simple light grainy and fruity aroma, a touch dusty and close. Likewise the taste, a dry simple graininess, and some dust. Simple slightly hoppy finish, but really lacking compared with the better Dutch brewers. However, it’s very drinkable, and quite pleasant.

Bottle 30cl. @ home.
Unclear light to medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, fruity, light to moderate hoppy, light to moderate yeasty, flour apple puree notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Fresh. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20090304]
