From tap @ Texel. Lovely beer with a nice banana (weihenstephan yeast) smell. A few fresh fruit notes and we have a great weizen bock. Wheated bock from the Netherlands.

From tap at de Heks. Pours cloudy golden orange with a lacing white head. Mild spiced and malty aroma. Caramel malty and sight nutty flavoured with a light sweetness and subdued bitterness. Holds a solid sourish note to all of this. Ends with a mild nutty finish. Nice and smooth and refreshing citric.

Tap @ Café Morshuis Albergen. Blonde, hazy. Banana and tangerine in the aroma and flavor. Just a hint of flowers. Pineapple. Hint of raspberry yoghurt. OK.

Draught, 7.6%. Citric aroma. Cloudy dark yellow colour. Small stable white head. Sweet flavour, some pepper and white bread, also quite citric, a bit lemony. Sweet spicy finish, and also a little sour.

Tap@InDeWildemanAmsterdam. A Blond Weizebock. You don’t see that often. Citric aroma, mainly lemon, with hints of veggies. Cloudy, yellow color, off-white head, good lace. Light sweet, bitter, citric, lemon sour finish, even some lemon peels. Thinnish and sticky.

On tap @ ’t Arendsnest. Nice hazy golden colour, creamy white head. Aroma of hops and banana’s, a little fruity. Flavour is fruity and hoppy, a little wheat and alcohol. A really nice thirstquencher with a kick (ABV 7.6%), albeit a bit thin.
